If you really don't want to move to Forks, you can at least visit there... take a trip. Remember the treaty!
Keep in mind the treaty the Cullens made with the Quileutes. This prohibits the Cullens from trespassing on Quileute lands, and allows the two groups to live in the same vicinity in relative peace. This treaty hinged on the requirement that the Cullens never feed on human blood. Ok!
